About Esthetic Brilliance LLC
Esthetic Brilliance LLC was founded in 2019 by Dr. Lisa Roberts. Lisa is a nurse who has always had a calling to help others. She has been a nurse for 28 years and realized that her most rewarding experiences came when she could help others look and feel better about themselves. In February of 2021, Lisa opened her first location at Salon Boutique Suites in Surprise, Arizona.
In April of 2021 Lisa was joined by her daughters, Lindsey and Lauren who are both Certified Laser Technicians and Licensed Aestheticians with the State of Arizona. Lisa and her daughters work collaboratively creating optimal treatment outcomes for each client. Together, we have created a family run boutique style med spa that enhances your outside beauty and keeps you well on the inside. In November of 2021, we had the opportunity to move into a larger suite and add a second suite which allowed us to have more flexibility to see clients.
Lisa always has an eye on the future for continued growth. We are always adding new services, new products, and new devices! We invite you to stop in and experience all that we have to offer! We pride ourselves in creating meaningful relationships with our clients, providing excellent outcomes and we will treat you like one of our own family!
Meet Our Professional Team
Lisa is the owner of Esthetic Brilliance Med Spa. Lisa is married to a supportive and loving husband of 28 years. Together they have two daughters; Lindsey and Lauren both of whom have joined Lisa in practice at Esthetic Brilliance Med Spa. Lisa is the proud grandmother of two grandsons Easton and Elliott. In her spare time, you will find her near a pool, reading, traveling, learning a new skill, or spending time with her family.
Lisa has been an RN since 1994. She obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2017 from Grand Canyon University and continues to further her education at every opportunity.
Her experience in healthcare has been extensive: ranging from bedside nursing, case management, procedural nursing, and leadership positions.
In 2019 she began performing cosmetic procedures on a small scale starting with Botox and dermal fillers. Since that time, she has learned a variety of cosmetic procedures and continues to expand her practice to provide a wide array of services for her clients. She has recently added body contouring to their practice and the spa is now considered a head -to- toe skin tightening center.
Procedures that Lisa performs include but are not limited to wellness injections, IV therapy,
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, lip fillers, cheek fillers, chin fillers, jawline contouring, PDO thread lifts, Kybella, PCDC Lipo-dissolve, Platelet Rich Plasma, schlerotherapy, sexual rejuvenation, hair restoration, micro-needling, Vivace Radio-frequency micro-needling, medical grade chemical peels, and laser treatments.
Lisa provides a thorough consultation to assist clients with an appropriate treatment plan that meets their desired outcomes. These treatment plans often include skin care recommendations as well as ongoing treatments to maintain results.

Lauren is Lisa’s younger daughter. She has a fur baby named Lucy and recently added another fur baby to her motley crew named Harlow.
Lauren completed the Hairstyling program through West-Mec while finishing high school. She previously had her license for hairstyling through the state but found her passion focusing on skin rather than hair. Lauren attended Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona and completed both the aesthetician and laser technician programs there.
Lauren is a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and a Licensed Aesthetician (LE) with the State of Arizona. She provides an array of treatments that include facials, chemical peels, micro needling, waxing, lash lifts, and skin assessments. She is trained in non-ablative skin resurfacing, photo-facials (IPL), radiofrequency (RF) and laser hair reduction (LHR). Lauren enjoys performing any laser treatment, but her favorite treatments to provide are Photo facials and Laser Hair removal.
You will see Lauren working full time at the spa with Lisa. Lauren has a growing clientele that love to see her for monthly facials. She often helps get rooms ready, answer phone calls, schedule clients and she is the photographer that helps get those before and after photos.
Lauren takes pride in providing a clean safe atmosphere and in providing great care to our clients.

Lindsey is Lisa’s older daughter. She is the mother of two young boys. Easton is 4 years old, and Elliott is 2 years old. Those boys keep Lindsey busy when she is not working. Lindsey is focused on raising the children during the week, so you will see her at the Spa on the weekends.
Lindsey is a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and a Licensed Aesthetician (LE) with the State of Arizona. She provides an array of treatments that include facials, chemical peels, micro needling, waxing, lash lifts, and skin assessments. She is trained in non-ablative skin resurfacing , photo-facials (IPL), radiofrequency (RF) and laser hair reduction (LHR). She is especially fond of performing micro-needling treatments, Vivace radio-frequency micro-needling treatments and Custom Facials.
Additionally, Lindsey has a been trained as a Certified Nurses Aid and a phlebotomist. She has previously worked in the hospital setting as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and in an office setting as a care coordinator.

Meet Olivia Emling CLT, LE who joined the Esthetic Brilliance family in June 2023! She moved
to Arizona a few months ago with her husband and recently added a fur baby to the family
named Raven. Olivia is originally from Illinois and lived in San Diego, California for a year before
moving to Phoenix.
Olivia is a Licensed Aesthetician (LE) and a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) with the state of
Arizona. She completed her education for aesthetics in 2019 at Paul Mitchell, and most recently
attended Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona for her laser certification. Olivia also earned
her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2022.
Olivia enjoys performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as skin resurfacing with ResurFX,
photofacials (IPL), laser hair reduction (LHR), as well as non-invasive aesthetic treatments such
as micro-needling and Brow services!
Olivia takes pride in her work and cares about inner beauty, health, and creating a clean inviting
environment.

Meet Lisa Humphries, RN who joined our Esthetic Brilliance family in June 2023! Lisa was born
at Luke AFB in Arizona and went to Agua Fria High School. She has two children, Jessica and
Kyle and a beautiful granddaughter Lillian! Kyle is following Lisa’s footsteps and has recently
finished block 3 of nursing school. Lisa loves animals and has three dogs named Ace, Lilly, and
Lita.
Lisa has been a nurse for 27 years. She has held various positions in the emergency room and
in the prep and recovery units for the operating room. Lisa also has experience in several
charge nurse roles over the years. She has always had an interest in aesthetics and took her
first classes in 2019. Some of her favorite treatments include PDO threads and chemical peels.
Lisa loves traveling and live music. She has traveled all over the United States attending well
over 100 concerts. She played roller derby for 10 years as well. In addition, Lisa is very active
with animal rescue organizations.
