Services

Esthetic Brilliance Med Spa offers products, services and treatments that are nonrefundable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service, including but not limited to: those that have been prepaid, promotions, gift cards, and those injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept these conditions. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. 

Products

We do not offer refunds for skincare products, Latisse, or Upneeq.

Gift Cards

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellations

Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation / no show policy.

No Shows

Should you no – show for your scheduled appointment, per our policy, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable. By Scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation / no show policy.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving 10 minutes late. We are unable to extend service times if it affects other clients scheduled services.

If rescheduling is necessary, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our late arrival policy.

We appreciate your business and we value our clients. We ask that should life happen and circumstances arise that prevent you from showing up to your scheduled appointment you notify us as soon as possible.
